Session 2: Legislature and Acts
Unpack the legislation and ethical frameworks that govern your day-to-day practice — from HPCSA guidelines and HIV-related obligations to tele-counselling and the core principles you’ll be examined on.
Topics covered: HPCSA Booklet 1 — General Ethical Guidelines, HPCSA Booklet 6 — Guidelines on HIV & AIDS, Form 223 — Ethical Rules of Conduct, Ethics and Tele-counselling, List of Unprofessional Conduct, Core Ethical Principles (Beneficence, Non-Maleficence, Autonomy, Justice, Fidelity, Integrity).

Session 3: Psychometrics and Exam Integration
Work through the psychometric forms most commonly tested in board exams, applying them directly to a practice case study so you can see exactly how the theory translates to exam questions.
