- The Professional Contributors Agreement (Master Agreement)
- Your applicable Service Annexure(s)
PURPOSE
These Affiliate Program Terms govern the technical and operational aspects of the affiliate tracking system.
Marketing activities, commission rates, payment terms, and marketing guidelines are governed by your Service Annexure(s).
1. DEFINITIONS
“Affiliate Program” means the tracking and attribution system that enables commission payment for sales generated through your marketing activities.
“Qualified Sale” means orders where an initial deposit payment has been received and the order status reflects “Processing” or “Completed.” Affiliate commission becomes payable upon receipt of the initial deposit. In the event of a full refund of a deposit-only order before the balance is paid, any commission paid on that order will be offset against future commission payments.
“Attribution” means properly tracking a sale to your marketing activities through approved tracking mechanisms.
“Affiliate Link” means your unique referral URL for tracking purposes.
“Coupon Code” means your unique discount code for tracking purposes.
“Cookie Duration” means the tracking period (currently 30 days).
All Master Agreement definitions apply unless modified here.
2. AFFILIATE PROGRAM REGISTRATION
2.1 Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Have an executed Master Agreement
- Have at least one active Service Annexure
- Complete registration at www.psycampus.co.za/affiliates/
- Receive Company approval (discretionary)
2.2 Upon Approval
You receive:
- Unique Affiliate Link
- Unique Coupon Code
- Access to affiliate dashboard
3. TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION
3.1 Tracking Methods
Sales are tracked through:
Affiliate Links:
- Unique URL containing your identifier
- Sets tracking cookie when clicked (valid 30 days)
- Attributes purchases made within 30 days
Coupon Codes:
- Unique code assigned to you
- Customer enters at checkout
- Direct attribution
3.2 Attribution Rules
30-Day Cookie Window: Purchases within 30 days of link click are attributed to you
Last-Click Attribution: Most recent affiliate link clicked receives credit
Coupon Priority: If customer manually enters a coupon code, that code takes priority over cookies
With or Without Coupon:
- Click link + use coupon → Attributed to you
- Click link, no coupon used → Attributed to you (cookie)
- No link click, coupon entered directly → Attributed to you
- No link, no coupon → Not attributed
3.3 Attribution Disputes
Submit disputes within 30 days to admin@psycampus.co.za with evidence of your marketing efforts.
4. DASHBOARD ACCESS
4.1 Available at www.psycampus.co.za/affiliates/
Reports Include:
- Link clicks
- Sales attributed to you
- Commission earned
- Attribution sources
- Payment history
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
5.1 Self-Dealing – Strictly Prohibited
You may NOT:
- Use your own Affiliate Link or Coupon Code for personal purchases
- Refer immediate family members residing at the same address
Consequences: Commission forfeiture, account termination
5.2 Fraud and Abuse – Strictly Prohibited
Prohibited activities:
- Click fraud, bots, or artificial traffic generation
- Cookie stuffing without user consent
- Providing false registration or banking information
- Facilitating purchases with intent to request refunds
- Creating duplicate affiliate accounts
- Any deceptive or manipulative practices
Consequences: Immediate termination, commission forfeiture, reversal of paid commissions, potential legal action
5.3 Reference for Additional Rules
All professional standards, compliance obligations, confidentiality, and liability provisions in the Master Agreement apply to affiliate program participation.
6. REFUNDS AND COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS
6.1 Customer Refunds
If a customer refunds their purchase:
- Associated commission is reversed
- Your commission balance is debited accordingly
- Partial refunds adjusted proportionally
6.2 Negative Balance
If refunds cause negative balance, future commissions offset the deficit.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
7.1 Duration
Affiliate program participation continues until terminated by either party.
7.2 Termination by You
Cease participation anytime by emailing admin@psycampus.co.za. No notice required.
7.3 Termination by Company
We may terminate your affiliate program participation for:
- Violation of these Affiliate Program Terms
- Violation of Master Agreement or Service Annexure
- Fraudulent or abusive conduct
- At our discretion with 30 days written notice
7.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes deactivated immediately
- Dashboard access revoked
- Pending commissions handled per your Service Annexure
- Professional Services may continue unless Master Agreement also terminated

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1 Governed by Master Agreement
All Master Agreement provisions apply, including:
- Section 4: Independent Contractor Status
- Section 8: Data Protection
- Section 10: Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- Section 15: Payment Terms
- Section 16: Liability & Indemnification
- Section 19: General Provisions (Waiver, Severability, Assignment, etc.)
- Section 20: Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
- Section 22: Jurisdiction
- Section 23: Notices
8.2 Service Annexure Governs Specifics
Your Service Annexure(s) govern:
- Marketing activities and guidelines
- Commission rates and calculation
- Payment terms and schedules
- Eligible products
- Marketing compliance requirements
8.3 Modifications
We may modify these Affiliate Program Terms to reflect changes in tracking technology, commission structures, legal requirements, or program operations. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active affiliate participants at least 30 days before the effective date, with clear summary of changes. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, technical updates, or administrative improvements) may be made without advance notice. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept material changes, you may terminate your affiliate participation by emailing admin@psycampus.co.za before the effective date without penalty or loss of earned but unpaid commissions.
8.4 Governing Law
South African law. Disputes resolved per Master Agreement Section 20.
